So I replaced the radiator cap on the car today for $8.50. I’m hoping to god that that’s the problem. That would be so much better than paying over $100 to get the radiator or thermostat fixed :|
Testing it out tomorrow using the air conditioning.
So there’s a chance I could be pretty sick. Hoping that over the next few weeks we find out what’s going on. Luckily for now what I may have does more damage to me than it does to bub. He’s measuring just over 28 weeks (I’m just over 27 weeks) and seems to be extremely healthy and really that’s all that matters to me.

Kickass Kid of the Day: Avery Canahuati has made astonishing progress on her bucket list: throw out a first pitch; get a driver’s license; get asked out for Valentine’s Day. She doesn’t have the leisure of time, however.
Avery, just five months old, was born with spinal muscular atrophy, a genetic terminal illness that means she is unlikely to make it past her second birthday. So Avery’s parents, Mike and Laura, are doing everything they can to make the most of the time Avery does have left, and they’re keeping track of their adventures on Avery’s Bucket List, written as if by Avery herself, as well as on Facebook and Twitter.
Number one on Avery’s list is to meet Ellen Degeneres:
“I think Ellen is the perfect person to help me spread my message about SMA because she’s compassionate, funny, and wants to meet inspirational people, which apparently some people think I am.”
Avery currently is welcoming ideas to add to her bucket list.

In the 19th Century having a photograph taken was a lengthy process. Frustrated by the difficulties of getting children to sit still long enough to snap a proper photo , photographers in the 1800’s conceived of a technique called “The Hidden Mother”. Draping a sheet over the mothers head in an attempt to camouflage her as a part of the furniture to better emphasize the child, the mother was then able to hold her infant and keep them still long enough for the camera to get an exposure. Vintage photographs already have a eerie feel to them, but these images of moms as cloaked phantoms take the creep factor to the next level.
